Anckner shooting for long-term stay with Arrow Moving

Tracy AncknerTracy Anckner, 37, came to Colorado Springs after visiting her sister here. The mountains and the temperate weather lured her. She convinced her company, a cell phone service provider, to transfer her. She’s always worked in sales and has recently found her niche with locally-based Arrow Moving as an account manager.

I came to visit my sister in 2003 and fell in love with the mountains and the beautiful weather and decided to move here. I met my husband Aaron and we were married in Hawaii in 2006. Read article…>

Arrow Moving and Storage of Colorado Springs was a Service Supporter for the U.S. Women’s Open

The US Women’s Open was held at the Broadmoor Hotel located in Colorado Springs July 2011 and Arrow Moving and Storage of Colorado Springs was a Service Supporter for the tournament.  Some of the services we provided included were delivering desks to hotel to be used at in the office and registration area.  We removed patio furniture from the Golf Club and Spa during the event, stored the items, and then moved them back after the tournament ended.  We also emptied the furniture from two cottages that were needed for the event, stored the items, delivered the items once the tournament was over and provided several other moving services for the event.  Since the tournament was extended due to bad weather we did the reinstall in two days to accommodate the extra day.   Arrow Moving and Storage of Colorado Springs was proud to support the event for the local community.

Arrow Moves Sweetwater School District #1

Arrow Moving and Storage of Salt Lake City just wrapped up the move for the Sweetwater school district #1 last month with great success.  From the start we knew this would be a large and challenging project that had the potential to be very profitable with high customer service levels if planned and executed properly.  After the initial walk through with Mr. Paul Grube, superintendent of the school district, I thought it would be best to have Lance help me formulate a plan of attack.  With his help we decided to do a second walk through with the some of the key players.  Jim, Lance, Garrett, and I met with Mr. Grube, and the staff of the Jr. High to go over our game plan and our expectation for the move.  We were able to avoid a lot of potential problem by answering the teacher’s questions and directing them as to what to expect on move day.

Lead by Jeff, the move was completed ahead of schedule with no problems.  A week after completion I was contacted by Mr. Grube, thanking us on a great job.  We are working to build on this positive experience and hopefully become the sole provider for the schools in Wyoming.  Special thanks to Jim, Lance, Jeff and Garrett for making this special project look like business as usual for the Salt Lake Arrow office.

“Your crew, I believe Rick and Richard (they introduced themselves I just have a terrible time remember names) were absolutely super yesterday!!!!! They were both very efficient and careful. When our house sells and we move either to a couple of San Antonio apartments or directly to another home, those two have to be on our crew! What a relief for us and .. Super job!”

“I wanted to take a moment and make you aware of the customer service I received last week from Richard and Richard. They came out Wednesday to pack my house and Thursday to load/unload. On both days they arrived on time, were very courtesy and professional. I have had several moves during my time in the military and they are the first individuals that took the extra time and went the extra mile for me and myfamily. Moving is always a stressful time and their assistance and professionalism made it easier. Please pass on my appreciation to themfor their excellent service!”

Ending my lease with TWO roommates was the best thing that ever happened to me … Until I met Markel with Arrow.

In one 15 minute meeting with Markel, she noted my massive collectuon of clothes and my furniture in her palm device··.
She then gave me 15 boxes, and tape- for no charge! I thought, “Surely I won’t need 15 boxes, I don’t have much.” I used every last one.

Then when the movers came, they were extremely nice, and fast! They moved my boxes wrapped my electronics and took my bed and other things apart and packed them for me!! It was the easiest move I have ever experienced!

Don’t let your friends move you, get a CERTIFIED moving consultant- It makes a WORLD of difference!

“I would like to extend my appreciation to Tracy, Fred, Jason and Carl for making my move extremely stress free. They were the most professional movers I have ever dealt with (and I have been moved professionally 6 times). They were amazing throughout the entire process. Please extend my “thank you” to them!”
